Auckland Islands

The Auckland Islands (Māori:
"Motu Maha" or "Maungahuka") are a group of islands that are part of New Zealand.
The islands are south of the South Island.
There are no people on the islands.

The biggest island is Auckland Island.
There are smaller islands around Auckland Island like Adams Island, Enderby Island, Disappointment Island, Ewing Island, Rose Island, Dundas Island, and Green Island.

The islands were found by Europeans in 1806.
