Jozef "Jos" Van Riel (16 November 1943 – 19 January 2023) was a Belgian footballer who played as a right-back defender.

In his first two seasons, he became vice champion of Belgium at the 1973–74 Belgian First Division and 1974–75 Belgian First Division.
In its third and last year he finished with the team eleventh at the 1975–76 Belgian First Division.
